What is food hygiene?

It is a discipline focused on ensuring that food maintains, in addition to its organoleptic qualities, taste, aroma, texture, food safety, and is that bacteria tend to multiply uncontrollably when the conditions are suitable for them and many of these are harmful to people.

The element that has most incidence in these contaminations is the inadequate application of rules and not having correct food hygiene habits by the people involved in the food chain.

The personal hygiene of food handlers is fundamental, so in addition to their personal cleaning habits, they must take into account other elements involved in food hygiene so as not to become the focus of food poisoning.
